1993	Establishment of German Automobiles Pte Ltd.
1994	Became BMW's distributor in Fujian Province and opened the first authorized BMW service centre and showroom in Xiamen.
1994	Entered alliance with North Anhua, a major distributor of motor vehicles in the PRC, to enhance the distribution network in the PRC.
1995	Became Honda's importer in the PRC and commenced distributing Honda motor vehicles in the PRC.
1996	Established the first authorized Honda service centre in Xiamen.
1997	Became Land Rover's distributor in Fujian Province and commenced distributing Land Rover motor vehicles.
1998	Logistic centre for motor vehicles, spare parts and accessories established in Hong Kong.
2000	Entered strategic agreement with Comfort Group, a listed company in Singapore.
2001	Became Hertz's principal licensee to use the Hertz System to operate car rental business in designated areas in the PRC.
2001	Appointed PRC car rental operators as sub-licensees in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.
2002	Launched car rental business through sub-licensees in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. Listed on the GEM board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
2003	Distributing of Honeywell CPG, range of products in the PRC. The company has launched a BMW Service Centre in Fuzhou.
2003	Endorsed and launch the distribution of Dinan range of products in the PRC.
2005	Endorse and distribution of G-Power products in PRC. Launch of BMW Service Center in Fuzhou.
2006	Became Ferrari and Maserati's distributor in the PRC and commenced distributing Ferrari's and Maserati's in the Greater China region.
2007	Grand opening of our 4S Service Centre in Fuzhou.
2007	Expended Hertz car rental division by establishing new service location in the Kowloon Station
2008	Changed head office and principal place of business to Causeway Bay.
2008	Placed 33,000,000 new shares at the price of HK$0.3 each.
2010	Placed 43,300,000 new shares at the price of HK$0.225 each.
